Position: Audit manager / 100% remote Audit Manager (100% remote) Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year. Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our audit practice, including financial statement reviews, audits, compilations, compliance audits, operational audits, and financial audits. This role is instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity and transparency of our organization by ensuring that all financial transactions and reports comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all audit processes, including financial statement reviews, audits, compilations, compliance audits, operational audits, and financial audits.
  • Develop and implement audit strategies and procedures that meet the company's needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed reviews of financial statements and reports to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or instances of non-compliance.
  • Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of audit processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to audit team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and legislation that may affect the company's audit processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on financial statement reviews, audits, compilations, compliance audits, operational audits, and financial audits.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in using auditing software and other financial management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work outputs.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment.
