Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Treasury Customer Service Representative – Unclaimed Property Reunification Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for thoroughly researching requests, reviewing legal documents, and providing excellent customer service in a call center environment. You'll also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of data and being detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
* Thoroughly research requests, whether in writing or over the phone, to determine the rightful ownership of property consisting of cash, securities, and/or safe deposit box contents
- Review an assortment of legal documents, including probate court documents, wills, trusts, death certificates, and court orders
- Provide excellent customer service in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems
- Maintain confidentiality of data and ensure the security of sensitive information
- Be detail-oriented and accurate in all aspects of your work
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems (Treasury Customer Service Representative 6)
- Two years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 (Treasury Customer Service Representative 7)
- Three years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including two years equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 (Treasury Customer Service Representative E8)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of unclaimed property laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
