About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently

  • Provide an optimum level of service, aiming to achieve the best resolution for the customer
  • Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications
