Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support and resolving routine issues related to arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet - Resolve routine problems and questions related to arenaflex's products and services - Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) - Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free environment in your home with a dedicated workspace - Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills - Hardware Requirements: High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite), smartphone, and a quiet workspace - Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service role with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
