Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences, and building customer loyalty and retention.
  • Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
  • Working daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Navigating complex situations with composure and adaptability, resolving issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, assisting with new processes and technologies, and supporting team success.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
