Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or lead generation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Work Schedule

As a part-time Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from home and choose your own schedule. We require a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours as needed.
