Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team, working from the comfort and convenience of their own home. As a key member of our remote call center team, you will be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers on behalf of arenaflex, utilizing excellent communication and sales skills to upgrade or resubscribe their services.
  • Deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, leads, conversions, and sales.
  • Achieve productivity targets, such as contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, while adhering to standard contact procedures and operational processes.
  • Build relationships, provide support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections, utilizing assertive and quick-thinking skills.
  • Adhere to PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards, ensuring a high level of quality and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of sales, customer service, and technical skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The following requirements are essential:

  • Must be a resident of North Carolina, with a private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise and distractions.
  • Sales, call center, upselling, retail sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred, with a professional vocabulary and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Assertive, quick-thinking, and excellent schedule adherence and attendance are essential, along with prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus).
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Windows 10, are required, along with a reliable internet connection and a dual-screen setup.

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you will need to provide your own computer or laptop, meeting the following technical specifications:

  • Windows 10 Desktop or laptop, current on all security updates.
  • Internet Connection: Direct wired connection, with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable).
  • High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset.
  • Dual Screen Set-up: A separate 19" monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (excluding monitors associated with an All-In-One unit).
  • Webcam and free space: 5 GB.
  • Processor speed: Dual Core @3 GHz or better OR Quad Core @2GHz or better.
  • RAM Required: 8 GB.
  • Anti-Virus: Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials.
