Key Responsibilities:
As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customs shipments, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to clients and regulatory agencies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including customs documentation, duty books, and other relevant information

- Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Processing organization financier shipments and handling distant filings as required

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, transportation)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of six months of work experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
