Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products and services
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals through proactive and results-driven approaches
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
