Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient lead generation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Application Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

  • Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
  • Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
  • Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
