Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Modeling Customer Service Best Practices: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales, process transactions, and provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
- Merchandising and Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, take inventory, and check in merchandise as required.
- Asset Protection and Compliance: Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws.
- Display Construction and Maintenance: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
- Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
- Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Exterior and Interior Maintenance: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Special Assignments: Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment.

- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use store systems and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications

- Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management, including taking inventory and checking in merchandise.
