Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection, with a desktop PC preferred (Windows 8.1 or higher, OSX 10.13+ or later)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home, with a landline or cell phone available for work purposes
  • Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
