Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and optimizing listings on Amazon.com (USA) to ensure maximum visibility and sales
- Developing and implementing effective PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Crafting high-quality A+ Content to showcase products and enhance customer engagement
- Managing FBA shipments and inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization and PPC campaign management
- Experience with A+ Content creation and image editing

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
