Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating and optimizing listings on Amazon.com (USA) to ensure maximum visibility and sales
  • Developing and implementing effective PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Crafting high-quality A+ Content to showcase products and enhance customer engagement
  • Managing FBA shipments and inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization and PPC campaign management
  • Experience with A+ Content creation and image editing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
