We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Evening Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Primary Responsibilities

• Enter information into AS400 from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at the service centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
• Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, embodying the arenaflex spirit of keeping promises and exceeding expectations

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Knowledge of shipping and transportation documents
• Ability to type 50 words per minute with no errors
• Proficiency with AS400 and accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
