Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Meet or exceed quality metrics, such as first contact resolution (FCR) and average handling time (AHT).
Qualifications
