Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues
  • Resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating matters to higher-level support when necessary
