Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Client Care division. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to our pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services. Your expertise and knowledge will empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, and your passion for delivering outstanding customer service will set us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to our PBM services

  • Provide accurate and timely information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions
  • Offer personalized support to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards in all interactions with customers

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to issue solutions in a positive and helpful way
  • Ability to work in a patient and supportive manner, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving customer satisfaction
  • Dependability and consistency with scheduling norms
  • Ability to show persistence and compassion, and express confidence and certainty
  • Strong customer service skills, including friendly phone manners and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or identical experience

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
