Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers via our website and social media platforms

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by proactively engaging with customers and promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
