Job Overview

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will manage customer accounts, provide top-notch service, and ensure seamless communication with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer accounts and providing personalized support for credit repair and counseling services
  • Frequent follow-ups with clients to ensure their accounts are up-to-date and their needs are met
  • Uploading and faxing documents as required
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Learning and promoting our various services, including creating flyers and other marketing materials
  • Utilizing your computer and internet skills to efficiently complete tasks and provide excellent customer service

Technical Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A reliable computer (laptop or desktop) with working internet access
  • A headset and computer mouse
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Schedule and Expectations

We pay our team members twice a month, on the 15th and 30th. Your first check will be issued after completing two weeks of work, and your pay schedule will depend on your start date. We expect our virtual customer service representatives to work a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour shift during the day.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in credit repair and counseling or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
