Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, accurate, and objective responses to written inquiries. You will work closely with our team to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a remote opportunity with a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home after completing an 8-week training period.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately capture and record customer information
  • Collaborate with our team to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
