The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our small business customers, addressing their questions, and delivering a positive experience. You'll become an expert in both of arenaflex's small business lending brands, each with its unique offerings and customer requirements, through our comprehensive 4-week training program. After completing training, you'll be equipped to handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from payment processing and account management to product education and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing exceptional service

  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on arenaflex's products and services
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements:

* Experience in a call center setting is preferred, but not required

  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
  • Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types and communication styles
  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar small business lending platform
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:
