Experienced Customer Service Representative – Wholesale Industry Expert – Remote Optional

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our valued retail clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the option to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls from retailers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, answer basic questions, and assist clients in navigating the arenaflex website
  • Input purchase orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Accept payment over the phone, process refunds, exchanges, and other requests as needed
  • Assist buyers with tracking shipments, order delays, and issues related to incorrect or damaged merchandise
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator

  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Experience working in the wholesale or retail industry

  • Familiarity with wholesale company operations and customer service best practices
