Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive process improvement. As a key member of our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
- Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
- Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
- Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, emergency, and resolve metrics-based issues
- Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans
- Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
- Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences
- Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
Essential Capabilities
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
- Four-year degree in a technical field – Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering
- Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
- Understanding of social data set plan and capability
- Strong math and analytical skills
- You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
- Successful collaboration and time management abilities
- You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
- You have astounding written and oral communication skills
- A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
- Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a technical field
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Certification in data analysis, data science, or related fields
