This full-time remote position is designed to manage the prescription needs of injured workers efficiently and accurately. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, which includes alternating weekends. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate and liaise with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure the accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with comprehensive reporting and data analysis, helping to inform strategic decisions and improve service outcomes.
  • Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Answer questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear, concise, and empathetic responses that address their concerns and needs.
  • Adjust to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating your ability to provide high-quality support in a similar context.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions, ensuring that you can effectively engage with clients, claimants, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional communications that reflect positively on arenaflex.
