Job Overview

In this full-time customer service representative role, you will be responsible for supporting arenaflex's members with their drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA compliance and adherence to federal regulations
