About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Care Professional to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, engaging with them to understand their needs and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services to meet those needs
  • Convey in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and other key components of our offerings
  • Continuously develop and refine your selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional customer care by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
  • Accurately document client information and interactions according to established policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate integrity and compliance with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales and customer service practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience in customer support, with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship-building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
  • A proven track record of success in a customer care and sales environment, with at least two years of experience
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, metric-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate electronic systems with ease

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote customer care environment
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and arenaflex products and services
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
