BIM Specialist/Construction Coordinator Energy - Hybrid

About the position We are seeking a BIM Specialist/Construction Coordinator Energy - Hybrid, to join our team in Richland, WA. Your role Develops and maintains 4D and 5 models using Synchro 4D Pro to visualize construction sequencing, incorporating cost and P6 schedules. Coordinates Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD models for design integration and clash detection. Supports Information Management processes, ensuring compliance with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650). Assists in creating and validating construction/assembly sequencing plans for US Nuclear projects. Plans and executes Digital Rehearsals for pre-job briefs, leveraging 4D, Immersive and VR technologies to improve team readiness and safety. Develops and supports Immersive and VR-based training for construction/assembly and maintenance activities. Collaborates with planners, engineers, and project managers to align digital models with schedules. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for digital tools. Performs other duties as assigned. About you Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Synchro 4D Pro, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks Manage. Understanding of construction sequencing and project planning principles. Familiarity with Information Management and Common Data Environments (CDE). Experience with VR platforms and immersive training technologies (preferred). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 5-10 years of experience in the nuclear sector or other heavy industries, ideally in an organization similar to AtkinsRéalis. Thorough knowledge of Information Management / BIM, and their role in enabling broader digital transformation and digital workflows Ability to interpret engineering models and integrate them into project schedules. Experience in digital rehearsals and Immersive/VR training development. Skill Set - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve. Organized and able to manage workload, ensuring deadlines are met and responsibilities are fulfilled. Able to foster strong project collaboration across teams (internally and externally). Passion - A commitment to advancing information management and digital transformation in the nuclear sector. A people oriented individual keen to positively influence project delivery.
