Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Addressing customer inquiries concerning downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as basic tax questions
• Utilizing continuous support and resources provided by arenaflex to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and driving innovation to deliver top-notch service
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure exceptional customer experiences
