Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide a positive customer experience
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to our team

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
