What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or member-facing experience

  • Experience working in a banking or credit union environment
  • Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
