Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within our IAM system

• Collaborate with software and platform teams to deliver scalable and nimble solutions that meet business needs
• Implement SailPoint integration with robust IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
• Implementation of JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM integration

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
• Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Position Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies
• Certification in IAM, Cybersecurity, or related field
