Our training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role, and our supportive team will be there to guide you every step of the way.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Basic Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent. + Strong written communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity. + Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace. + Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools. + Strong problem-solving abilities. + Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
