Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, and efficiently execute multiple tasks at once
  • Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and modifications, and think critically to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Equipped with a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and medical terminology (preferred)
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to work a 40-hour shift, with flexibility to work day shifts
