About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual with a passion for providing top-notch support, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing timely and thoughtful solutions to their concerns
  • Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
  • Support service providers with questions or issues related to work orders and policy inquiries
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical assistance to customers and service providers as needed
  • Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
