About the Role: Customer Service Remote Agent

In this critical position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users of the "Access-a-Ride" transportation program. As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and helpful, reflecting the high standards of service that arenaflex upholds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information and support
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair, empathetic, and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, data entry, and follow-up actions
