Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Expert to join our Worldwide Arrangement Methodology and Projects (GDSP) team, specifically within the arenaflex Private Estimating Projects and Experiences (3PX) group. As a 3PX Client Service Expert, you will play a critical role in analyzing client requests, identifying recurring themes and pain points in the client experience, and driving continuous improvements to enhance our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply the fundamentals of the Confidential Valuing System to become an informed authority for client service, providing expert guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze client assistance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and report insights to key partners to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to Private Estimating Project inquiries from arenaflex field merchants and partners, as well as client interactions affecting process, achievements, and best practices, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client concerns.
  • Deliver business reviews to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Offer recommendations for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Contribute to improving efficiencies through automation, effective measurement, assessment, and communication, enhancing functional performance and driving results.

Essential Qualifications
