Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, capturing and validating complex data, and working within established procedures and practices. Responsibilities

* Capture and validate complex data from incoming healthcare claim forms

• Classify images and documents, and pre-adjudicate documents as required
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools and complete assignments using multiple source documents
• Work within established procedures and practices, and under close supervision
• Meet deadlines and perform functions with high accuracy rates
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of claims

Requirements

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 30+ WPM with high accuracy
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred
• High-speed internet connection with download speed of at least 25 Mbps, upload speed of at least 5 Mbps, and ping time of less than 175 ms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or medical claims processing

• Familiarity with healthcare industry and medical terminology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
