Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a CSS, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing information to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Provide support through phone calls, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Process payments securely and efficiently, maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity
  • Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain high service quality standards
  • Maintain and improve service quality by continuously monitoring customer feedback and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a call center background being advantageous but not mandatory
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food technology industry or a related field

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Technical Skills

* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
