Job Summary

The Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in the Examination Group, leading account-level knowledge for arenaflex's Southwest Business. This team is responsible for supporting account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive increased revenue. As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will work closely with account directors to gather data from various sources, research and verify external data integrity, and provide tailored reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from multiple sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets

• Research and verify external data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Scrub and design data to convert into system-compatible formats
• Support Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives
• Develop presentations with scientific outcomes into actionable plans for all levels of management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics)

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
