Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service with a focus on understanding and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions and maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Providing information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Tracking customer interactions and detailing all customer account information in the system

  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers to enhance the customer service process

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

* A high school diploma or GED is required
