Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and ensuring accurate records in internal systems.
• Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating internal systems to meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally.
• A sales-focused mindset, with a proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
• Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role, and at least 6 months in a call center virtual setting.
• Availability for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST.
• A strong work ethic, effective time management, and the ability to work independently in a home office setting.

What You Need to Thrive in Our Remote Environment

To ensure your success in our remote environment, you'll need:

• Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite, or cellular).
• A minimum of 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload speed.
• A ping rate of less than 100 ms.
• A private workspace with a desk and chair, where surrounding noise cannot be heard or present during working hours.
• The ability to be on webcam during working hours.
