What You'll Do:
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or sales environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
