• Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk and ensure that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service
• Email responses to customers to provide updates and ensure that their issues are resolved efficiently
• Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that tickets are closed out quickly and that customers receive the support they need
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions

Ideal Candidate
