Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our customer service. You will interact with customers and Dashers through various channels, providing solutions and assisting them with their inquiries. We are looking for empathetic, resourceful, and motivated candidates who can contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Address and resolve customer and Dasher issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
