Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Processing Customer Policy Change Requests: Efficiently process customer policy change requests, ensuring that all necessary information is updated and accurate.
  • Taking Premium Payments: Collect premium payments from customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Fostering Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring high levels of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Presenting Insurance Policy Options: Present and explain insurance policy options to prospective clients, based on their individual needs and goals.
  • Providing Additional Information: Offer customers additional information about new products and services, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Personal Lines P&C License: A valid Personal Lines P&C license is required for this position.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on personal lines.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or insurance-related role.

  • Certification in a related field, such as insurance or customer service.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
