As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs Liaison, you'll be an integral part of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your role will be to promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, while also providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. • This role is a member of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, which means you'll have the chance to explore new destinations and experience the world's most extensive global network. • You'll prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, all while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. • You'll answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. • You'll communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer.

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field • Experience working in a corporate affairs or government affairs environment • Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel management systems • Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills • Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel management systems • Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution • Satisfactory attendance required
