Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers, making key decisions, and contributing to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments. You'll collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML, while engaging with external customers to define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects. Your expertise in operating systems fundamentals, mobile device support constraints, and API development will be invaluable in driving complex projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of engineers, making key decisions that impact cross-functional partners

• Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments
• Discuss bugs and technical challenges in-depth, representing your team and technology in cross-functional meetings
• Collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML
• Engage with external customers to define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects
• Create a multi-year roadmap, lead the design and execution phases of software development, and oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry
• Drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
• Make clear, data-driven decisions rather than relying on intuition
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
• Clear decision-making based on data rather than intuition
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of engineering management experience

• Experience with API development and working with API consumers
