Job Summary

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement changes that drive business results. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will enable you to make a significant impact on our business and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
• Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field

• Master's degree in business administration, data science, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong business acumen and understanding of customer support operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Apple products and services

• Knowledge of Apple's business operations and customer support processes
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Scientist, Certified Business Analyst)
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
