About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Titleist customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize your knowledge of golf club fitting to help customers find the perfect clubs for their needs
• Compare and analyze competitor products, highlighting the unique features and advantages of Titleist products
• Comfortably show empathy to customers in stressful situations, providing a supportive and understanding ear
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Titleist products, events, and news, sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues alike

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its equipment
• Knowledge of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories
• Golf club fitting experience, with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Familiarity with top component brands, including their features, benefits, and applications
• Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
• Able to type at least 35 words per minute, with strong communication skills in text form

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Chrome browser and stable internet connectivity
• Reliable sound output, including built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Technology Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need access to a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser, as well as a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps. You'll also need reliable sound output, which can be achieved through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets.
