Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance
  • Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively

Essential Qualifications
